Zach at the flooring shop is absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, he was always professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. We did a cash-and-carry purchase (no installers) for our property in Michigan, and Zach went above and beyond to support us throughout the process. He even let us borrow his cutting tool for months while we worked to finish the job — something you just don’t see anymore. His patience, generosity, and consistent communication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Truly 5-star service every single time with Zach. Highly recommend working with him!

We had Zach Snyder Flooring install a kitchen floor at one of our rental properties. We worked with Adam. He was great to work with, very professional and great communication. Very helpful picking out what we were looking for and it was ordered and installed very quickly. Cost was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend using them!

Zach and Adam were very professional and great to work with. Donovan and team did a great job efficiently laying the floor while focusing on quality. Just look at these floors! Very pleased.

Our floors are gorgeous! We ripped up our old hardwood and tile and replaced with 6” hickory hardwood. We also had a unique situation of changing our baseboards out with large, 7 3/4 wood baseboards. Adam was patient, eager to help and offer install ideas and set us up with some of the best installers in the industry area. Pete, who did our floor install, was meticulous with every board. Starting each day on time, going over his goals for the day. Forrest did our baseboards and worked hard and well! They were very tricky given the size and he installed them flawlessly. Both gentleman were respectful of our home and knowing we homeschooled, worked around us being home all the time. Thank you for the professional and well done job. We will be back.
